Disney blog hop...Under the Sea

It's Disney Blog Hop day.....hop on over to Babes in Disneyland to link up and then visit all the incredible Disney blogs that you'll find there.

The theme this week is "Under the Sea." I was looking for our pics from snorkeling on one of our Disney cruise trips but I can't find the disk.  So here are some pictures from girl1 and my last trip to DCA.   It's always fun for me to shoot with girl1 and then see how we capture the same thing.   The first four pictures are hers.

A couple of mine:

Same basic picture, we just each focused on a different part of the scene.

You can also see the difference in my entry level DSLR and her nicer camera.   We were both shooting with a fairly fast 50mm lens but hers is definitely a better quality.  She could use a faster shutter speed and still get a brighter picture.  But I love that we tend to frame things in a similar manner....she's so my clone...lol

  3. This looks like such a fun ride! Love your pics. It looks like a tough lighting situation even for a fast lens.
